Virtuosic Photoshop skills are on display at 303 Gallery on 21st Street with the latest show by the German landscape photographer Florian Maier-Aichen. A series of sublime landscapes inspired by Romantic masters like Caspar David Friedrich and Thomas Cole as well as abstractions derived from manipulated photographs, Maier-Aichen's work seeks a reconciliation between the world of painting and the world of photography through the medium of Photoshop.
